Welcome to the BRAND NEW Shape & Tone program! This 6 week program is a 5 day workout split with core + cardio sprinkled throughout the week. (we will follow the outline below) Day 1: Lower body day Day 2: Shoulders + Back Day 3: Full body Day Day 4: Rest day - Great day to do 20–30 minutes of cardio! Day 5: Booty day!
