This meal plan is designed to accompany the July 30 day challenge that begins July 1st! You'll find smoothies, chocolate, savory, sweet recipes inside of this gluten free meal plan! The meal plan is focused on hormone and gut health as well as fat loss! This meal plan includes 3 meals, 2 snacks + 1 dessert each day. -4 weeks of meal plans to be delivered weekly -Grocery Lists -Recipes *Upon purchase, you will be directed to the WEEK ONE meal plan that begins on July 1st, 2024. Please download and print the meal plan, shop and get ready to start on July 1st! The following weeks meal plans will be added on Thursday of each week to this section of your app, where you will download and prep for the coming week!
