I'm a former D1 college athlete turned fitness coach / trainer. I lost my identity in baseball but God gave me a better one through fitness and impacting lives. With my Playbook, you can expect Strength Training, HIIT, Health and Wellness Tips, and MORE! My goal is to help you get 1% better every day so you can step into the life you were made to live 💪

Goals

My training will help you build lean muscle and strength that allows you to be more of who you’re created to be. By training with me, you can expect a decrease in fat and negativity.. and an increase in strength, muscle, and CONFIDENCE.

Training Requirements

My work outs can be done at home, outside, or in the gym! 👏 HIIT, bodyweight, and core work outs can be done with no equipment and will leave you 🥵💦 And for the strength training, you'll use kettlebells, dumbbells, barbells, etc. to get crazy muscle and strength! 💪
