Program goals: Hybrid is designed to help you balance your running routine with weight lifting.
Program details:
- 4 week program
- 5 workouts per week
- 30-45 minute workouts
- Basic gym equipment needed
Program split:
- Monday: Total Lower Body
- Tuesday: Run
- Wednesday: Arms + Sprints
- Thursday: Run
- Friday: Full Body Lift
