Workouts will repeat so you can build confidence, work on form with these fundamental moves and increase strength. I programmed it this way to deliver the best results by focusing on progressive overload! This 8 week plan includes a weekly split of: Total Lower Body Chest, Triceps & Shoulders Back & Biceps Let's do this! Hi, I'm Bri! I spent years stuck in fad diets + workouts so you don’t have to. I believe in keeping fitness simple and creating a long lasting healthy lifestyle.
