If you’re like me growing up, you were an ectomorph (skinny guy/hard gainer) and you couldn’t gain weight if your life depended on it. Then along came a 3,000 calorie diet and compound lifts. Boom. Damn bruh, you’ve bulked up. This program is based off key muscle building techniques that have been tried and true for decades. Throughout these 16 weeks, you’ll see strength, hypertrophy and GVT (German Volume Training) phases- focusing on mass building and overall strength. We don’t get too cute with the variety, building muscle takes repetition and progression. Good luck 🫡

About Brett Lundeen

Father, Fitness Coach and Entrepreneur

Brett started his fitness journey at the young age of 16, where he would watch numerous YouTube videos of bodybuilders, and try to replicate their workout routines. He was always passionate about sports, specifically baseball, but he never worked out for that particular sport—he just trained to bulk up and get stronger. Fast forward a few years post college, where he would start his fitness career as a personal trainer at Equinox in Chicago, IL and train several clients ranging in ages between 18 and 76. Throughout his nearly 5 year tenure at Equinox, he worked his way up to a Tier 3+ trainer where he earned a certificate in Precision Nutrition as well. While back in Chicago, he was fortunate to have a few opportunities to shoot with Optimum Nutrition, one of the word’s most reputable supplement brands. He’s presently located in Raleigh, NC operating under his own business (Built by Brett LLC) of 20+ clients that he trains in person and remote. Brett has a passion for modern/old school bodybuilding, MetCons, as well as bodyweight/core workouts using minimal equipment, which is what you’ll primarily see on the app. Whether you train to build muscle, burn body fat, prepare for an athletic event, or just get in overall better shape, he has just the routines for you.

What makes your app different? How do I know it will work for me?
If you haven’t had success with other workout apps in the past, you may be skeptical about mine, and I get that. But I'm here to tell you, I guarantee you will achieve the results you are looking for. Why? Because I'll be right by your side every step of the way giving you all the knowledge and expertise I've gained over the years to achieve the physique you have been dreaming of. My best advice is to give it a shot. Come try me for a week and I will prove to you that this is the most interactive and consistent app you will follow.
I'm a beginner, will I be able to do your workouts?
My workouts are scalable for all fitness levels. With easy-to-follow video demonstrations, you'll never be left wondering how to perform a certain exercise.
Do I need to purchase equipment?
It depends on the workout! My app has a lot of workouts that require no equipment. I also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
