We at breathTribe come together to create and grow a library of breathing techniques and guided breathwork sessions. Playbook is the app that acts as a bridge for us to share these with you.
I'm a beginner, is Brreathwork for me?
Yes! we have a variety of breathing exercises specifically for beginners. We also include breathing assessments to help you narrow down where you are and what steps to take forward. Our breathwork instructors will be guiding you through each technique.
Do I need to purchase equipment?
It depends on the focus! We have a lot of workouts that require no equipment. We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (softball or lacrosse ball for self massage). There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you on this wellness journey.
