Follow along with this 5-week beginners program you can do from the comfort of your own home! Each week will consist of 2 workouts: Workout 1 - Upper Body & Core Workout 2 - Lower Body & Cardio These workouts can then be split into 3 different training methods; circuit training, Resistance Training, HIIT/Tabata training. Don’t worry, I’ll explain the benefits of each method! I recommend alternating each workout and completing up to twice a week, trying to rest in between training days. About Brad Jackson

Personal Trainer

Since my high school years, I’ve been heavily interested in resistance training and going to the gym. Back in those days, it was a way my mates and I could spend our lunch breaks and hang out whilst learning about this new era we were about to get involved with. Gym life became bigger and bigger as I got into my later schooling years, but now with some evidence and science to back what we did and how we did it. I have a a long sporting history behind me and as I got older, I realised I wasn’t likely to make a career in professional sport. So I turned to the next best thing; helping athletes improve their own athletic capabilities through the use of strength and conditioning. I started studying in the USA in the field, while also playing the sport I love (soccer). I soon realised I was more invested in my own gym training than my commitment to the team, so I headed back to Australia to study Exercise Science. While I studied for my degree, I became a personal trainer and started helping others achieve their fitness goals. Throughout these years, I’ve come across one problem more than any; beginners starting their fitness journey flooded by incorrect information, over complicated programs and lack of confidence in the gym which leads to low motivation and inconclusive results. So here’s my solution. Basic but effective programs, guides and videos to keep you motivated and hitting your goals.

I don’t give you one-off programs of PDF documents with no assistance. I add new programs (with interactive, explanatory videos) on a weekly basis. The content is new, fresh, and ever-changing to keep you motivated and ready to work! Plus, if you need help, I am always here for you. I'm a beginner, is the app for me?
No matter where you are in your fitness journey, my app can help you succeed. Workouts and programs posted in the app are for any level of fitness. Plus, I will walk you through all exercises with easy-to-follow videos and simple written instructions. This means you’ll be able to do all the moves easily, accurately, and safely.
Do I need to purchase equipment?
You don't need to purchase any equipment! There are home workouts and no-equipment programs loaded up into the app ready for you when you are. But if you would like to buy some equipment, I have you covered there as well with programs based around gym and minimal equipment workouts.
