This program is an introductory program designed specifically for those individuals who can’t or don’t want to workout at the gym. Each week you will be introduced to and taught some basic training methods and exercises that you can carry over to your own training or into the next program.
How to get the best outcome of the program?
Watch the exercise and workout videos closely so you understand how to structure your own workouts using the same methods. Aiming to improve your technique each time you perform an exercise is another great way to get the best out of this program.
How to schedule the program into a week?
There are 2 workouts a week, which can be done multiple times if the participant would like extra workouts. Generally speaking, you should be alternating the workouts and allowing a rest day in between. This will allow your body to recover properly and prevent injuries and overtraining. More experienced individuals can perform multiple days of training (still alternating) without getting too sore.
