What makes the BFF app different from others?
Our app is more than just workouts. Yes, you get brand new workouts every week. But our app has a community energy that is unmatched. You're not just doing a workout. You're consistently showing up for 15-minute workouts alongside other women who are cheering each other on and leaning on each other for support. Our follow along workouts leave no room for guess work, all you have to do is press play and move your body.
I’m a beginner, is this for me?
The BFF App is great for all levels. One of our mottos is "No Shame in the Mod Game" which means - there is no shame in modifying workouts and as a matter of fact, you should feel empowered by doing so.
Do I need to purchase equipment?
Most of our workouts use dumbbells. Most members start out with light dumbbells (3 or 5 lbs) and eventually work their way up to heavier weights as they get stronger. Some of our workouts also use a fabric booty-band, but these workouts can be done with bodyweight as well.
