Description: Strawberry Chocolate Clusters

Ingredients:
Protein of Choice (I used strawberry shortcake protein from 1 Up Nutrition) 
Strawberries
Dark Chocolate Chips
Greek Yogurt
Coconut Oil
Stevia

Directions:
1. In a bowl mix 1 cup of sliced strawberries, 1/2 cup of yogurt, 1 tbsp of stevia, 1 scoop of protein and MIX
2. Line dish with parchment paper
3. Spoonful little clusters of the mix onto the parchment paper
4. Place in freezer for 30-45 minutes
5. to make the chocolate place 1 cup of dark chocolate chips into a bowl w/ 1 tbsp of coconut oil
6. melt in microwave for 30 seconds - watch carefully so it does not burn
7. let cool then dip each cluster into the chocolate and place back on parchment paper
8. Let cool in fridge then enjoy!
