Description: Philly Cheesesteak Wrap

Ingredients:
1 Tbsp. water
½ large Onion
1 cup mushrooms
1 green bell pepper
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. olive oil
8 oz. flank steak, visible fat removed, thinly sliced
½ tsp. salt
½ tsp. ground pepper
1 slices reduced fat provolone cheese
1 Extreme Wellness Wrap


Directions:
1. Heat water in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Sauté the onion and mushrooms for several minutes until vegetables are browned and most of the water has evaporated. Add bell peppers and garlic powder to pan and continue to cook until softened, about 7 minutes. Remove from heat
2. In a second skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. While pan is heating, combine steak, salt and pepper in a bowl and toss until steak is lightly coated. Then, add the steak to the skillet and cook, stirring, until just cooked through, about 4 to 5 minutes.
3. Put 1 slice of cheese on top of the meat and melt. 
4. Place into wrap of your choice
