About The Program

Welcome to your pregnancy workout guide that will bring you safe & effective workouts throughout pregnancy and also prepare you for birth. First off, Congratulations! I am so excited to be alongside you throughout this incredible journey. I know pregnancy can be filled with a lot of unknowns - that's why I created this program, to take out the guess work and anxiety that comes with exercise during pregnancy. These workouts are the exact ones I follow during pregnancy and have my clients do too. Know that these are pregnancy safe workouts for you and BABY! Do not feel obligated to show up for every workout. Always honor your body and just do your best. Please don't hesitate to reach out with any questions.
