This program is designed for the athletes that can only make it to the gym 2-4 days a week! Opposed to the other program designed for 5-7 days a week, this program allows the flexibility of what days you want to do certain work outs. Each week (cycle) the Sunday prior, I will be posting that weeks 4 workouts. You can do them Mon-Thu, every other day, only twice a week, whatever you want! The split is as follows: - Upper *P* - Lower *P* - Upper - Lower We will be mainly focusing on multi joint compound movements especially on those *P* (priority) days! So if you can only make it twice a week make sure you do those first! Cycle 1-4: Hypertrophy Cycle 5-8: Hybrid Cycle 9-12: Strength Each cycle is 4 workouts or 1 week; for a total of 12 weeks. Starting on 12/19/22 but this program is designed with the adaptability to hop in whenever you’re able to. Let’s go! 💪🏽
