I was fit ... and then I had 3 babies! 😂 I thought I'd never get back in shape again, despite my relentless efforts. I felt defeated and ready to give up. Like so many other women I talk with. But ... I'm really stubborn, so instead of quitting, I set a MASSIVE goal to just see what I could do if I set my mind to it. 100,000 burpees. And I did it! AND it changed my life. I went on to become a certified trainer and to create workouts that push women to discover all that their body can do!

What are the goals of this program?
* Increase overall lean muscle mass * Get lean and burn fat * Build core strength * Fall in love with fitness so it becomes a lifelong habit * Overcome the obstacles that have held you back in the past
What do I need to participate?
* A range of dumbbells - Laura uses 10, 15, 20 and 30 lb dumbbells in the recordings. If you have access to even heavier for lower body days, pull those out. * A bench, edge of a sofa or a chair
Who are these workouts for (skill-level)?
* The workouts are designed for all levels * Beginners: go slow, use less weight, use longer rest periods, modify exercises as needed * Advanced: increase weight with no modifications
What’s the schedule?
* 30 minutes of weight training 4 times per week * 2 lower body workouts and 2 upper body workouts per week - with abs mixed in throughout * 10,000 daily steps goal

How will I get the best results?
* Get proper sleep (7-9 hours a night is the goal) * Lift heavy enough weights to challenge your muscles * Dedicated nutrition regimen that consists of whole foods and adequate amount of protein (get the Bad Peach nutrition guide in the app) * Drink at least eight 8 oz glasses of water daily * Make sure to use active and full rest days to allow muscles to recover * Stay committed and don't quit on yourself!
