An excellent way to get “back to it” and engage muscles and patterns that we forget in the more dynamic, flowy classes. Was doing it outside and the wind definitely provided an additional balance challenge 💨💨💨 thank you Stevi!

This was extremely helpful for beginners. Learning how to focus on the pelvis and shoulders was a game changer for me. I can get up, but can’t stay. My left hamstring is nope. And my wrists are weak. I will keep practicing. Loved this!

I loved! Finally understanding the importance of the breath, and more importantly how to do it! Thank you.
