Austin is a certified Lagree Instructor and NASM certified personal trainer. She has taught many methods such as Spin, Barre, HIIT, Boxing, and Circuit Training in Miami, New York City, Palm Beach Island. Austin resides in Tulum Mexico now and teaches at La Mission and Amansala Eco Chic Resort. My clients coined me as the devil in disguise. I consider myself a rebellious, driven teacher with an undying passion for movement, music and growth. Born athlete with an intense competitive nature, I began competing in surfing, gymnastics and dance contests at age five. Thriving in athletics, instinctively I was granted the gift of an incredible mind body connection as a child. I haven’t stopped moving since. I traveled around the world DJing where I learned musicality and the emotional connections it has the power to create. Applying this knowledge guarantees each class to have a curated playlist that will push you beyond your limits and also open your heart and navigate you to find your inner badass.
