Just did my first pullup!! I started on Week -2 and finally after Week 3 I am able to get my chin above the bar. Groundwork strength program is next!

Do I need to purchase equipment?
This program relies on bands and negative pullups. You will need to find a green band in your gym, or purchase one to use on a pullup bar.
