How do I schedule this program? You can do the workouts any day you want, you will just need to do all the workouts as instructed during the week. Remember to take your rest day(s) each week to recover for the following week.
What do I need to participate in this program? All the workouts can be done at home with body weight and little equipment. I recommend booty bands, dumbbells or any substitute from home.
