I’ve created the Stronger You in 2022 challenge not only for anyone who is just starting off, or maybe fell out of a routine over the holidays, but also for those of you who have been doing my programs and workouts all year long, and are looking to take it up a notch as we kick off the new year!
There will be two programs to choose from: the “Back to Basics” program and the “Progressive” program. Both programs are designed to bring us back to the fundamentals, to focus on form, and to build strength, they will both incorporate the concept of “progressive overload” so the challenge will be to increase the weights each week while maintaining proper form and mechanics!
