What is a progression program? That means this program will become progressively harder each week to help you reach new heights with your fitness goals. There will be increases in either weights used, reps performed, and possible decrease in rest time. This will not be am easy program. If you see the reps drop one week that does not mean easier, it means the weight you use goes up!!
What equipment will I need. This program is meant to push you so ee will be using a variety of equipment. Most full service gyms should have everything you need. We are not using any specialized equipment some gyms may not have. Be prepared to use bodyweight, cables, barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, and some boxes or benches. If you do not have access to a gym the back to basics program is a better fit. You will just want to make sure you increase the intensity based. on your level of fitness.
What if this program is to advanced for me? Not to worry. I have you covered, with my Back To Basics program you start with body weight exercises and build in intensity each week for four weeks. Back to basics is a perfect program to get ready for the higher intensity of this program.
