Ready to make booty gains at home? The Booty Build Home program is designed to build muscle and strength to your glutes and lower body. We will hit the lower body 4 times per week. They are full body workouts that will target the glutes. Wednesdays are you rest days. I recommend doing some type of LISS Cardio (ex. walk, bike, hike, stair master, elliptical, group fitness class, etc.) AND recovery stretch (ex. yoga, pilates, stretching,etc.)
This is a 4 week program. Weeks 1 & 3 will be the same workouts and Weeks 2 & 4 will be the same. Stay consistent and you'll make some serious gains!
