I started this challenge because I was truly feeling like I was at my lowest since having baby number 4. Not just because of my weight - I was constantly eating junk, my sleep was terrible, I felt bloated, sluggish, and i didn’t have any energy. Everyone around me told me that was normal because I had 4 kids, was in the middle of building a house, and a full time job. But I knew it was more than that - I had let myself go and all my healthy habits that made me feel good. I did another challenge last year but it was the worst time for me and I wasn’t able to sustain it. That made me feel even worse because I felt like i quit on myself. Through this challenge I pushed myself to get up at 5am to get workouts done, ran/walked in the cold mornings, and kept myself on a strict diet with my macro count. One of the biggest things I’m proud of myself for through this is my self-discipline. I stuck to my macros throughout the entire challenge and committed 100% and I feel so much better for it! I’m less bloated, I have so much energy, I’m sleeping better, and above all I feel so much stronger! I upped my weights and finished more rounds each week. I’m so excited to continue this progress going forward and above all I feel like myself again! Started 123 and ended 119, only a 4 lb difference but I honestly didn’t even check the scale until the very end.
