Welcome to our brand new Pilates x Strength program—aka Wedding Ready Pt. 2 (but make it long-term).

This program is built around one core belief: when you train with intention and balance, the results go far beyond just the physical.

Why Pilates x Strength?
This combo blends the best of both worlds—functional strength training to build lean muscle and improve overall power, paired with Pilates to enhance core strength, mobility, and deep muscle activation. Together, they create a sustainable, smart training method that supports your body for the long haul.

What to expect:
• 6 thoughtfully programmed workouts per week
• 30–60 minutes per session
• A mix of upper body, lower body, full body, core, mobility, and recovery
• Progressive structure so you get stronger, more connected, and more confident week to week

We created this program because it’s the style of training that has changed our bodies the most—physically, yes, but also mentally and emotionally.
