About the program

Welcome to our brand new Pilates Strength program—aka Wedding Ready Pt. 2 (but built for the long haul). This program is built around one core belief: when you train with intention and balance, the results go far beyond just the physical. Why Pilates Strength? This method blends the best of both worlds—functional strength training to build lean muscle and boost power, paired with Pilates to enhance core strength, mobility, and deep muscle activation. Together, they create a sustainable, smart training method that supports your body for life. What to expect: • 6 thoughtfully programmed workouts per week • 30–60 minutes per session • A mix of upper, lower, full body, core, mobility, and recovery • Progressive structure so you get stronger, more connected, and more confident each week We created this program because it’s the style of training that has changed our bodies the most—physically, mentally, and emotionally. When you move with intention instead of relying on motivation, everything shifts. You’re not chasing quick fixes—you’re building a rhythm that lasts. You don’t have to feel “on” every day. You just have to show up. Because when you feel the strength, the energy, and the mental clarity… coming back becomes second nature. Do it for you. Let’s move together.

    About Aubri & Liv

    Fitness Enthusiasts

    We were born just over a year apart and have been side by side ever sense. When Aubri was 19 she decided to start lifting weights in the gym instead of spending all her time on the stair climber or treadmill. This lead to changes in her bodies physique that had evaded her even though she had been working hard in the gym previously. What changed? A combination of the right kind of weight lifting and nutrition incorporated consistently gave her the results she had dreamt of achieving. Liv started as an experienced group fitness instructor and went through a similar journey as Aubri and yes, found exactly what makes her body work for her instead of against her. We both have a passion for helping others become their best, strongest, and happiest selves. Yes, it may start with fitness, but soon you may find excellence dripping into every aspect of your life. We want to be apart of your journey and make it even easier for you to get the results you have always dreamt of having.

    No matter where you are in your fitness journey, Playbook can help you succeed. Workouts and programs posted in the app are for any level of fitness. Plus, trainers walk you through all exercises with easy-to-follow videos and simple written instructions. This means you’ll be able to do all the moves easily, accurately, and safely.
    Do I need to purchase equipment?
    It depends on the workout! Playbook has a lot of workouts that require no equipment. We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
