My training programs are tailored to meet specific goals. Whether you’re preparing for a challenging event like Hyrox, or a running race, or simply looking to boost your overall fitness level and or feel better in your own skin, I’m here to support you. I welcome everyone at every level, because health and fitness is important for each and every one of us!
With an extensive background in sports and fitness, I know what it takes to perform at a high level. I have competed in Hyrox events, ran two marathons and multiple half-marathons, and am currently training for my first Ironman 70.3. I am excited to share my way of training with you!
In my app you can choose to follow a program for several weeks or use my workout selection and create your own program. I hope you'll find that my app can help you become a more well rounded athlete or simply feel better and more confident in your body!
