Welcome to Athletic with Fleur! I’m Fleur, your new coach! Are you bored with traditional weight training and are you looking for a better balance between strength, endurance and mobility? Let’s make it happen! My approach is all about meaningful movement. Whether your goal is to improve strength, endurance, or flexibility, I’m here to help you build a stronger, more functional body with an integrated program. My training programs are tailored to meet specific goals. Whether you’re preparing for a challenging event like Hyrox, or a running race, or simply looking to boost your overall fitness level and or feel better in your own skin, I’m here to support you. I welcome everyone at every level, because health and fitness is important for each and every one of us! With an extensive background in sports and fitness, I know what it takes to perform at a high level. I have competed in Hyrox events, ran two marathons and multiple half-marathons, and am currently training for my first Ironman 70.3. I am excited to share my way of training with you! In my app you can choose to follow a program for several weeks or use my workout selection and create your own program. I hope you'll find that my app can help you become a more well rounded athlete or simply feel better and more confident in your body! Do I need a gym to follow your programs
At this point I would say yes. Most programs are based around lifting weight in a variety of ways so we need equipment for that. I am working on a mobility and a bodyweight program that will need no equipment and will be available in the app soon.
I am a beginner will I be able to follow your programs?
Yes but start with Gym Girl Magic for some foundational strength before starting the athletic programs. I am currently working on a beginner athlete program so stay tuned!
Do I have to follow a program?
No you can do single workouts for lower body, upper body, full body, core, TRX, mobility, Hyrox and the workout of the week. I am also adding more workouts every week. You can even create your own program by scheduling different workouts!
