This is a 5 week smart return-to-strength program for moms coming back to movement with healthcare provider clearance after childbirth, after minor injury, minor surgery, or even a long stretch of life getting in the way… This is for you. Who is Core-First Comeback for?

This is a Core-First Comeback Plan created from my own real recovery. It’s designed for moms who are already familiar with movement, are not newly postpartum, and have been cleared to exercise by their own provider after childbirth, a minor setback, or a long break. These workouts focus on rebuilding strength intentionally, supporting your core and nervous system, and easing back into movement without pressure to rush or “bounce back.”
