Frequently asked questions

I'm a beginner, is this program for me?
No matter where you are in your fitness journey, the Build With Ash program can help you succeed. Workouts and programs posted in the app are for any level of fitness, ranging from 3 to 5 days a week splits. As the program grows, prenatal and postpartum specific routines will be released for an even better experience as a mom of two myself. Plus, I walk you through all exercises with easy-to-follow videos and simple written instructions. This means you’ll be able to do all the moves easily, accurately, and safely!
Do I need to purchase equipment?
For the at-home workouts with the Build With Ash program, you will be most successful with a pair of adjustable dumbbells, an adjustable bench and cables.
How often do you check messages?
I monitor and respond to messages every Monday - Friday, responding within 48 hours.
