What’s up squad, welcome to my one of my favorite at-home routines! This is a NO EQUIPMENT NECESSARY program! All you need is a water bottle and a towel because you’re gonna get sweaty. It’s a 3 days per week routine and it’s perfect for saving time because you won’t have to travel to a gym. This is one of my go-to programs when I’m staying in a hotel, on vacation, traveling, or just want to stay at home and use my bodyweight to get a good workout in. If your goal is to gain muscle, I recommend keeping cardio to two 15 minute cardio sessions per week. If your goal is to cut body fat, I recommend doing fasted cardio in the morning, on an empty stomach, 4 to 5 times per week for anywhere between 25 minutes to 45 minutes per session. To make this workout more challenging I recommend you slow down the movements. When you increase the amount of time that your muscles are under tension, you’ll also increase the intensity of the workout.
