Are the exercises demo videos? Yes. All of the exercises are demo and in video form so you will know exactly how to do it. They each have a written out description as well. Just swipe up on the video for the written instructions.
What equipment do I need? light and heavy set of dumbbells
resistance band
kettlebell
bench or chair
stability ball
Is it safe for pregnancy or post-partum? Yes. I always recommend getting your doctor's approval for exercise before starting any fitness program, but if you have been cleared and feel great, than join me! There are modifications written in the exercise demos and if needed you can also decrease the amount of sets or reps you are doing and use a lighter resistance.
How long are the workouts? They range from 30min- 60min and should never be longer than 60min!
