Fitness Trainer

I am so happy you are here! My love for fitness runs deep. I grew up playing sports and running. Running, especially, is my favorite. I've always loved how exercising makes me feel. It truly brings me joy, to move the body that gives me life. This sparked my interest in becoming a personal trainer. I want to help other people find that same joy in movement! Exercise isn't just for your physical health, but your mental health as well. My hope is that through my workouts, you will find that same joy and it will ignite you to live your happiest and healthiest life!

Training Requirements
All of my workouts can be done in the comfort of your own home! But don't be afraid to join the gym and get out if that is what motivates you. Equipment that you will need: light and heavy set of dumbbells, resistance bands, yoga ball, yoga mat, bench or step, and kettlebell (optional).

YES! These workouts can easily be taken to the gym or at home
Do I need to purchase equipment?
It depends on the workout! Playbook has a lot of workouts that require no equipment. We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
