I am so happy you are here! My love for fitness runs deep. I grew up playing sports and running. Running, especially, is my favorite. I've always loved how exercising makes me feel. How soon can I start this program after having a baby?
I always recommend waiting until you are cleared from your doctor (typically 6 weeks postpartum), however, these exercises are not strenuous and is safe to start practicing sooner, especially if you stayed active throughout your pregnancy.
