Fitness is my background. Being a mentor by instilling that can-do will-do attitude within all women whose lives come in contact with mine. It's a mindset that you have to build  this unstoppable force within yourself to keep smashing your goals. 
Even when you have to get up one more time and go just a bit further. You can be the leader of your life. You can take control of your own attitude and boss your own actions.  

In this program, you will focus on building strength and endurance. The duration of the workouts will vary for each individual. You can complete this program in a home gym or a regular training facility. You may need the following equipment: a barbell with plates, dumbbells, a bench, a box, a cable machine or resistance bands, a jump rope, a sandbag, a pull-up bar, a GHD machine, a wall ball, kettlebells, a rower, and a treadmill. 

The purpose of this course is to create a strong resolve, a fortified grit and something so intentional you develop new discipline and a new you. 

You can be an asset to your family, friends and co-workers and not a liability.

Drink a minimum of a gallon of water a day to stay hydrated and eat clean and healthy meals.
