Hi, I’m Ashley — founder of Built to Thrive. I’m a mom, former bodybuilder, and Pilates Strength coach who knows firsthand how hard it is to make time for yourself when life feels full. After years in the fitness world (and navigating my own season of burnout and rebuilding after becoming a mom), I created a method that blends Pilates with strength training to help women get strong, lean, and energized—without the overwhelm. * The workouts are designed for all levels * Beginners: go slow, use less weight, use longer rest periods, and focus on form * Advanced: increase weight, reps and reduce rest time as you progress
What’s the schedule?
* Pilates Inspired workouts using minimal equipment, light dumbbells 3 times a week, with strength workouts using heavier weights 3 times a week. * 1 days of active rest: When you rest from lifting, you should still remain active. Do light movement - treat this as a rest day, but keep your body moving.
