Who is Armor 321 for?
Armor 321 fitness programs are designed specifically to meet the needs of seated athletes. Each fitness program also provides a side-by-side standing option so seated athletes and standing partners can work out together. Our fitness programs focus on upper body progressive resistance training, core strengthening, and cardiovascular endurance while providing a comprehensive workout plan that improves strength, stability, and mobility. Armor 321 offers beginner and intermediate/advanced programs to meet a variety of fitness levels.
Who designed the fitness programs for Armor 321?
Armor 321 fitness programs are designed by a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) with a board-certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) and additional certification as an Adaptive and Inclusive Trainer (AIT). In addition, the fitness programs are reviewed by external Doctors of Physical Therapy (DPTs) to ensure best practice fitness programming.
If I am a seated athlete, do I need a standing partner?
No, each program is designed for you to work out by yourself. One of the four programmed days does require transfer to and from the floor.
