6-Week Lean Sculpt Challenge – HOME Version Goal: Sculpt a toned, harmonious body from home by building lean muscle while reducing body fat. Structure: 5–6 workouts per week including bodyweight or minimal-equipment sessions for upper body, lower body, glutes, cardio, and optional core. Focus: Controlled movements to strengthen and shape muscles while maximizing activation and definition, with emphasis on proper form and mind–muscle connection. Weeks 1–3: Master technique and build a strong foundation. Weeks 4–6: Increase reps or intensity (progressive overload) to continue challenging your muscles.     After leaving ice skating, I discovered my true passion for running, lifting, and living a healthy lifestyle. At 11, I was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes, which pushed me to learn how to care for my body and prioritize my health. Like many girls throughout my teenage years, I faced challenges—falling into cycles of overtraining and under-eating influenced by social media.
