Weeks 4–6: Gradually increase intensity, reps, or volume (progressive overload) to continue challenging your muscles.

Exercise Variations: Movements are alternated to prevent plateaus and keep your muscles consistently stimulated.
Glute Focus: Exercises are performed with control and full contraction, with added emphasis on glute engagement.

Daily Activity: Aim for 8,000–10,000 steps per day to support fat loss, recovery, and overall health.

Overall Approach: A balanced combination of strength, cardio, and core work using home-friendly exercises to sculpt and define your physique.
