About Ariana Energy

Nice to see you! I’m Ariana. After earning my Bachelors in Kinesiology, I went to work as a Personal Trainer at Equinox where I became a top tier (Tier III+) trainer, Certified Nutrition Coach with Precision Nutrition, and Pre/Post Natal Certified. At Equinox, I learned from mentors, colleagues, and Equinox’s in-house Continued Education. Quarterly, I participated in hosting mobility, running, and healthy eating workshops for their corporate clients. Throughout the years, I’ve worked with hundreds of amazing people and am excited to share my favorite workouts with you! I’m here to support you through movement and breathwork. I discovered how vital these pillars have been for changing my personal outlook on limits and they remain relevant to my own journey. The “best” version of you looks different for everyone, these tools provide a way to stay in your body and work past the limits of my mind, so you can be your most authentic self. Breathwork: Understand that your breath is one of the keys to seeing changes in your body mentally and physically. Movement: My goal is to get you moving. All workouts are curated to be efficient and can be done at home, in the gym, with or without equipment. Acceptance: Picture you in your perfect body and feel it, feel good about YOU. You are capable of more than you have been led to believe. I design my programs to help you create a positive relationship with fitness and nutrition by giving you the tools to make and keep your results. Plus, trainers walk you through all exercises with easy-to-follow videos and simple written instructions. This means you’ll be able to do all the moves easily, accurately, and safely.
Do I need to purchase equipment?
It depends on the workout! Playbook has a lot of workouts that require no equipment. We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
