Nice to see you! I’m Ariana. After earning my Bachelors in Kinesiology, I went to work as a Personal Trainer at Equinox where I became a top tier (Tier III+) trainer, Certified Nutrition Coach with Precision Nutrition, and Pre/Post Natal Certified. At Equinox, I learned from mentors, colleagues, and Equinox’s in-house Continued Education. Quarterly, I participated in hosting mobility, running, and healthy eating workshops for their corporate clients. Throughout the years, I’ve worked with hundreds of amazing people and am excited to share my favorite workouts with you! I’m here to support you through movement and breathwork. I discovered how vital these pillars have been for changing my personal outlook on limits and they remain relevant to my own journey. The “best” version of you looks different for everyone, these tools provide a way to stay in your body and work past the limits of my mind, so you can be your most authentic self. Breathwork: Understand that your breath is one of the keys to seeing changes in your body mentally and physically. Movement: My goal is to get you moving. All workouts are curated to be efficient and can be done at home, in the gym, with or without equipment. Acceptance: Picture you in your perfect body and feel it, feel good about YOU. You are capable of more than you have been led to believe. I design my programs to help you create a positive relationship with fitness and nutrition by giving you the tools to make and keep your results. Goals
My Playbook will provide you with breathwork techniques for priming your nervous system to work within your “rest and digest” zone, functional movement techniques to increase muscle strength, nutritional guidance to support your strong practice. The foundational videos are movements techniques explained to optimize your practice. You will increase muscle strength, mobility, and understand how to pair your nutrition to your workouts for best results. Private Session Inquiries @ariana_energy
Training Requirements
Good to have, but do not need. Yoga mat, weights, mini bands, resistance bands. All workouts can be done equipment free.
