Hey Everyone! My name is April. I am a Mom of 4, a "retired" nurse turned full time stay at home Mom, turned Fitness Entrepreneur. I have always been passionate about health and fitness but it wasn't until after having my 3rd baby that I turned my life around and took control of my dreams and goals. From 2016-2018 I competed Nationally as a Figure Competitor and had the opportunity to write for TRAIN Mag as well as being featured in their Transformation Story. What has kept me the most busy recently, besides taking care of 4 kids (lol!) is running The Iron Shed Gym which I opened in 2019! It is a Women's only Gym in my home state of Minnesota. My mission and motivation is to Empower Women to Live Healthier Lives, One Generation at a time! I am SO glad YOU are here!!

How to schedule the program into a week?
You can complete scheduled workouts when it works best for you. Just be sure to complete in order and take allotted rest days!
How to get the best outcome of the program?
Refer back to my Nutrition Coaching/Guidelines in the Bikini Bod Program. For maximum results, nutrition is KEY!
What are the goals of the program?
Build Strength, tone up and learn some new movements/exercises in the gym
Who are these workouts for (skill-level)?
All levels are welcome. Weeks 1-4 will set you up for the remaining 8 weeks
