Hey Everyone! My name is April. I am a Mom of 4, a "retired" nurse turned full time stay at home Mom, turned Fitness Entrepreneur. I have always been passionate about health and fitness but it wasn't until after having my 3rd baby that I turned my life around and took control of my dreams and goals. From 2016-2018 I competed Nationally as a Figure Competitor and had the opportunity to write for TRAIN Mag as well as being featured in their Transformation Story. What has kept me the most busy recently, besides taking care of 4 kids (lol!) is running The Iron Shed Gym which I opened in 2019! It is a Women's only Gym in my home state of Minnesota. My mission and motivation is to Empower Women to Live Healthier Lives, One Generation at a time! I am SO glad YOU are here!!

This program is designed for all fitness levels and abilities. Men and Women welcome. #fitmoms #dadbods
What do I need to participate in this program?
Minimal equipment is required. A set of dumbbells and a 4kor hip band at a minimum. To purchase a 4kor band, head to 4korfitness.com
How to schedule the program into a week?
My goal for each of you is that you complete at least 3 of the workouts each week. Up to 6. One full rest day per week is required.
How to get the best outcome of the program?
For best results, complete Phase 1 Bikini Bod and Nutrition program prior to Bikini Bod 2.0
What are the goals of the program?
My goal for each of you is that you gain the confidence you deserve through implementing a resistance training program into your routine to help you shred fat and gain lean muscle tissue.
