What do I need to participate in this program? Minimal equipment is required. A set of dumbbells and a 4kor hip band at a minimum. To purchase a 4kor band, head to 4korfitness.com
How to schedule the program into a week? My goal for each of you is that you complete at least 3 of the workouts each week. Up to 6. One full rest day per week is required.
How to get the best outcome of the program? For best results, complete Phase 1 Bikini Bod and Nutrition program prior to Bikini Bod 2.0
