    I’m a beginner, is this for me?
    This program can be easily modified for any level. Although it is labeled intermediate, there are videos and detailed exercise descriptions to walk you through the workout program. Adjust sets, reps, and weight to your fitness level and needs!
    What do I need for this program?
    Not much! This program is designed for anyone with a pair of dumbbells and a little bit of space to work with. Whether in your basement, the park or a small corner of the gym, you are able to follow this program with minimal equipment and space. Perfect for those of us with busy schedules!
