PowerFit: a 4-Week Dumbbell Strength Program

Welcome to PowerFit, a 4-week dumbbell program designed to help you build strength, tone your muscles, and improve endurance, all from the comfort of your home! This program is perfect for all fitness levels and only requires a set of dumbbells to get started. Each week, you'll complete 4 structured workouts to target your entire body: Upper Body Strength – Sculpt and strengthen your arms, shoulders, chest, and back. Lower Body Strength – Build power and definition in your legs and glutes. Full-Body Workout – Burn calories and improve overall strength with dynamic movements. Pilates Class – Enhance core stability, flexibility, and posture for a balanced routine.     What makes PowerFit Different?
    Unlike generic workout programs, PowerFit combines strength training, full-body conditioning, and Pilates to help you build muscle, burn fat, and improve mobility in just 30-40 minute sessions. There is also accountability as you are able to check in after each workout and connect with a fantastic community.
    I'm a beginner, is this program for me?
    No matter where you are in your fitness journey, PowerFit can help you succeed. The program is designed to be progressive, meaning it’s suitable for all fitness levels. You’ll start with foundational movements that are easy to follow, and as you gain strength and confidence, the workouts will naturally become more challenging. Plus, you can adjust the weight of your dumbbells to match your current strength level.
    Do I need to purchase equipment?
    The PowerFit Dumbbell Program simply requires a set of dumbbells. It can be helpful to have a range of weights of dumbbell for this program from around 5kgs to 10kgs depending on your strength.
    How do I know what weight dumbbells I should buy / use
    It's always a good idea to start with a lighter weight and as you get going with the program you can progress to heavier weights. If you have just started a weights program, 2 x 5kg dumbbells (approx. 11 pounds) is a good place to start.
