How to get the best outcome of the program? Along with adding these core workouts into your regimen, be sure that your meal structure is well balanced also! Remember, abs are made in the kitchen!
How to utilize the workouts? Add them into your current workout routine. You can perform them at the beginning of your workout, or even at the end of your workout!
How to schedule the program into a week? How can grab and perform any of these ab workout 3-4 times per week before/after your workouts! You could perform abs everyday, but as long as your meals are balanced, 3-4 times a week of abs is more than enough to get that core looking right!
What do I need to participate in this program? Minimal equipment required! Mostly bodyweight exercises. May utilize a bar to hang on, a bench, light weight, or even gym equipment (cables, etc…)
