My name is Angeline Calderone. I have been in the fitness world for over 10+ years now! It has brought be from a dark and unhealthy place in my life to a life of health and gratitude. Now, it’s my turn to share my knowledge with you all!
My programs focus on FITNESS, MOVEMENT, MINDSET, and HEALTH. Rather than just focusing on pure aesthetics, I strive to help give guidance to help those obtain mental confidence, body functionality, a disciplined mindset, healthier eating habits, awareness, and overall better lifestyle choices.
I started off with Bodybuilding- lifting weights was my passion for over 7+ years. However, when I discovered Calisthenics, Yoga, and Functional Movement, my body goals changed. Rather than just achieving a great physique, I strived to achieve a physique of FUNCTIONALITY, LIMBERNESS, STRENGTH, and CREATIVITY. Along with this, I became more aware of the foods that I put into my body (along with HOW MUCH) and the effect that it had on my physical and mental performance. I also focused on self-love- loving yourself at all stages that your body undergoes and knowing that you have the power to make any changes that you desire.
