What do I need to participate in this program?
This is program is designed for you to use in a gym. You will need standard gym equipment to be able to do the exercises.
How to schedule the program into a week?
I recommend doing the first 3 days in a row before taking a day off. If you start on Monday, then, your first day off would be Thursday. Then you would do the last 2 days on Friday and Saturday.
How to get the best outcome of the program?
Be consistent and get all 5 days done in each week. If you can’t do a full workout because you’re limited on time, that’s okay! Just make the time that you have available count and work hard no matter what! It’s always worth it 💪🏼
What are the goals of the program?
To help you build a tone, lean frame. If you need to lose weight and tighten up, this program is for you! But it’s also for those of you who want to gain a little muscle mass without weight loss too!!
