This program is one movement pattern that you repeat daily, structured over seven days to help you track your commitment to the daily routine. It is designed to target all major muscle groups with each movement, keeping your muscles supple, your joints strong, and helping you move more effectively. 

Each stretch is to be held for 30 seconds, but you can extend the stretch for as long as you need. Hold each stretch for one minute, and you've got a 30-minute recovery workout on active recovery days.
