Umm no sound in the video,  and the words you put up only show up a short time and the video doesn’t let you pause to read it in time or take notes. I think it was about ingredients and something about try garden spices and stuff not loaded with extra stuff.

What do I eat?

Too short, need more in depth break down on why you need to do these certain things, and if you post like power points of like lists of what you should and shouldn’t do for calories..

Is there a place online where I can find out how much my body should be burning for calories?

Why are you not losing weigt?

I feel like if you leave notes on what stuff I should avoid, and what’s stuff Is safe to eat that, would help, but in America, it’s really hard here cause basically everything is just heavily processed, and it costs a boat load more to eat healthy and natural. Hence why we have such a high obesity rating.

Retaining water in your body?

Ummm it seemed very choppy, I didn’t like that  the videos don’t smoothly transition into the other parts, so I felt like missed some things. You would be more helpful with you proved like list of what to eat or not to eat, cause you listed quite a few things that would seem healthy and safe to eat, but then you say it isn’t.  You’re just too broad with what you’re trying communicate 
It would more  helpful if you made it clear or  narrow it down. Like pro and cons on what to eat and what to avoid. You make it sound like there’s so much bad stuff that I thought would’ve been good to eat not. I just got more confused. Basically all I got out of it was to eat steak and potatoes, and bagels, soups, salads are bad. I don’t get why you say protein shakes and supplements are bad but then you advertise them for companies? If you could respond that would be appreciated.

That was much better, much more clear, provided good examples with the milk, and pros and cons of raw milk was helpful. Umm I just like to add raw milk is quite a bit harder to get in America and more pricey. pretty much every milk is pasturized and no longer raw, don’t know if that ruins the milk.
