The workouts are just the right length (45-60 min). I particularly like that each exercise can be modified to fit your own personal level. At 62, I can't lift 25 lb. weights anymore but even lower weights are giving me the full body workout I am looking for. The number of reps. and length of time for each rep. is appropriate to get your heart rate up. Great job putting together workouts for all seasons of life.

Over 3 weeks in and I’m definitely feeling stronger 💪 this has helped me so much get back into a routine and get more confident doing activities I used to do all the time!

Lil over two weeks and feeling motivated which for me was the biggest thing! So hard for me to commit to something but this has been low pressure butt kicking to get me back in the swing of things 💪
