I'm a beginner, is the Made to Move App for me?
Absolutely. No matter where you are in your fitness journey, Made to Move can help you succeed. Workouts and programs posted in the app are for any level of fitness. Plus, Allie walks you through all exercises with easy-to-follow videos and simple written instructions. This means you’ll be able to do all the moves easily, accurately, and safely.
Do I need to purchase equipment?
It depends on the program! Made to Move has two programs- Hybrid Beginner and Hybrid Intermediate. Hybrid Beginner is specifically designed for working out at home, and only requires dumbbells and resistance bands. Hybrid Intermediate can be done at the gym, or can be modified to be done at home.
