Do I need to purchase equipment? It depends on the program! Made to Move has two programs- Hybrid Beginner and Hybrid Intermediate. Hybrid Beginner is specifically designed for working out at home, and only requires dumbbells and resistance bands. Hybrid Intermediate can be done at the gym, or can be modified to be done at home.
